CSI Aviation, Inc., an Albuquerque, New Mexico headquartered Part 135 operator specialising in complex aviation operations, is proud to welcome Rich DeLucia as the new vice president of government services.
Prior to joining CSI Aviation, Inc. DeLucia worked with several Part 135 Department of Defense (DoD) Certified Airlift Review Board (CARB) operators as an executive and/or senior consultant driving substantial growth into new markets in rotary and fixed-wing operations. Over the last several years this experience has offered dramatic growth in business development and strategy execution in capturing over $800 million in new business for stakeholders. DeLucia is a retired U.S. Air Force senior NCO serving as an aircrew instructor loadmaster in C-17 Globemaster expeditionary airlift aircraft, having specialised in remote airdrop, cargo, and logistics operations across the globe.
In his new role within CSI Aviation, Inc., DeLucia is responsible for the strategic growth and management of CSI's government services. His oversight includes developing new business solutions with government customers and industry partners, and the management and execution of new and existing aviation programmes both domestic and international.
DeLucia has also worked with CSI Aviation, Inc. as an industry partner since 2017. The company is excited to have him on board as a VP moving forward.
