Premier Private Jets, a Part 135 air charter company headquartered in Stuart, Florida, has added to its aircraft maintenance and upgrade services portfolio by acquiring Unique One Interiors and Avionics. This is the latest addition to Premier's full-service offerings at Oakland County International Airport (PTK) in Michigan.

This newly bolstered footprint will include upholstery, carpet, lighting, entertainment systems, cabinetry and full cabin re-design and modification. The in-sourcing of these key functions provides significant advantages to Premier's owned charter fleet and centralises MRO capabilities for third party aircraft.
