Leading independent aviation consultancy, the International Bureau of Aviation, was in Dublin this week speaking at the Risk Management and Practical Solutions seminar organised by Aeropodium. The half day event, which took place on Thursday 8th April, gave delegates sound legal and practical advice on managing aircraft repossessions and the aftermath in terms of aircraft registration options.

IBA was one of the Keynote Speakers at the well-attended event, which attracted around 60 delegates from a cross-section of the industry including airlines, banks, lessors, lawyers and advisers. IBA's Commercial Director, Owen Geach, chaired the event and presented the 'Preparing for and Executing Asset Recovery' session.

Owen comments, "This is the third such event where we have been able to talk in depth with the broad aviation legal and financial community and interest in this potentially difficult area remains strong".
