Elliott Jets, a subsidiary of Elliott Aviation and leading jet broker headquartered in Milan, Illinois, has hired Pat Searle as executive sales director. Pat has over 30 years of aircraft experience and was most recently the president and co-owner of Wetzel Aviation. Prior to his tenure at Wetzel Aviation, he co-owned and operated Front Range Aviation. Throughout his career, he has completed over 300 aircraft transactions for customers all over the world.

Pat will be responsible for signing up new brokerage and acquisition listings in the western United States. He will lead customers through the transaction to include market evaluation, accurate pricing, marketing, lead generation, negotiation and pre-purchase management.
