Since March 30th (0400 UTC), Nice Airport has inaugurated brand new facilities for General Aviation (Terminal Aviation Affaires). In the same time, G.ops will have its own permanent supervisor at the Côte d'Azur flagship airport. Especially for G.ops customers, this trained and experienced agent will fully be available from April 15th to take care of high demanding passengers and specific crew needs.

"I am very confident that our newly appointed representative will be completely integrated in these redesigned facilities" says Karim Berrandou, GM and founder of G.ops.

"Nice-Côte d'Azur became one of our major station way ahead before LFPB or LFLB. Our clients requested a closer feedback and follow up on this specific and complex location. Therefore, we decided to invest on an "in person services" to secure and maximize satisfaction, as last minute requests from their fellow passengers" he concludes.
