New President of SAS Ground Services Denmark

Hans-Henrik Hedegaard, 61, has been appointed President of SAS Ground Services Denmark A/S. He will assume his new position on August 13.

Hedegaard has extensive experience of managing large operations and for a long period of time has held a number of senior positions in the IT industry, primarily in northern Europe.

Most recently, Hans-Henrik Hedegaard was responsible for strategic projects in CSC Nordic. Between 1996 and 2004, he was President and CEO of Scandinavian IT Group A/S and Vice President of the SAS Group. He previously held senior international positions at such companies as Unisys, Digital Equipment and Control Data.

Hans-Henrik Hedegaard is currently a member of the Board of SAS Cargo Group A/S.

Hans-Henrik Hedegaard lives in Roskilde together with his wife and their two children aged 15 and 20. He is interested in yachting, skiing and history.
