Asian Sky Group introduces Asia-Pacific's first virtual exhibition and conference

Hong Kong business aviation consulting company Asian Sky Group is proud to introduce its first ever Asia-Pacific Virtual Exhibition and Conference (ASGVEC), which will be held between September 14 – 16, 2021.

The last time that the Asia-Pacific business aviation community was able to get together was in 2019. Since then, ASG believes, much has changed and there is a lot to talk about. And whilst domestic travel within the US and Europe has been possible, travelling internationally is still largely impossible thanks to border closures and quarantines. But with Asia-Pacific’s business fleet surprising many by returning to growth in 2020, now is the time to get back to business.

The Asia-Pacific Virtual Exhibition and Conference has been designed in a way that will be familiar to most, with exhibition halls, exhibitor stands and a conference venue. Once attendees have registered and arrive, they will be free to explore the 3D virtual world, part of which has been designed by a world-renowned architect.

A fully customisable avatar will include each attendee's company name and logo, and they will also be able to upload an image of themselves to display on their avatar so that other attendees know who they are when they visit booths or as they wander the exhibition halls.

A global chat function will allow attendees to find and arrange to meet the people they want to talk to, whilst a teleport function will allows them to jump directly to the exhibitor that they want to see. The built-in webcam function will allows them to talk directly face-to-face with exhibitors, other attendees and colleagues.

The exhibition and conference will be open for four hours each day between September 14 – 16, and has been timed to ensure that colleagues from all around the world will be able to attend:

- 08.00 - 12.00: Washington, USA

- 14.00 - 18.00: Rome, Italy

- 20.00 - 24.00: Hong Kong, China

Attendance at the Exhibition and Conference costs just $75 USD for all three days.

Booths start from just $2,500, which includes a display monitor to show your company’s video, a 3D holographic image of your product, a digital download button so that attendees can download your product brochures and webcam streaming so that exhibitors can talk face-to-face with the visitors to your booth.
