Hunt&Palmer PLC, the specialist aircraft charter and travel company, have announced the appointment of three additional Directors to the Company's board, as part of an international growth strategy that seeks to maximise opportunities in both established and emerging markets. 

Following a 2009 trading performance that notably exceeded expectations, the move is a significant step by the founding Directors to support and enhance the international growth of the business. 

The new Directors are internal appointments drawn from the Company's senior management team. Neil Harvey, who heads up Hunt&Palmer's Executive Aviation division; Simon Edwards, who leads the Commercial Aviation section and Mark Jenkinson, Company Secretary and Group Resources Manager each bring considerable experience to their individual roles and the board..

Commenting on the appointments, Chairman of the Board, Jeremy Palmer said, "Despite the demanding financial environment in which we found ourselves at the start of 2009, we were able to finish the year well ahead of expectations and see several opportunities in both the established and emerging markets for the future. We are delighted that Neil, Simon and Mark have all agreed to join the Board of Directors where they will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the future of the company."
