Press Release
Issued by Sky Lounge Services.
January 19, 2021
Sky Lounge Services, a Lebanese business aviation operation based at Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, has attained the largest ground handling market share in Lebanon today.
After introducing its ground handling services in Lebanon in May 2018, it took no time for Sky Lounge Services to manage to upstage the country's other two FBOs, which have both been on the Lebanese scene for the past 15 years.
Its decision to launch a full-fledged FBO came after striking growth in its aircraft management and charter market share, and in turn higher client popularity and demand. There could be no more room for third-party intervention. Sky Lounge Services worked hard to get the newest prime ground handling equipment to Lebanon, and that has paid off nicely, the clients didn't disappoint. As the numbers show for year 2020, after only two years of activity, Sky Lounge Services achieved 40.45% of the ground handling market share in Lebanon.
“This comes as no surprise to us,” says Sky Lounge Services CEO, Captain Nicolas Meszaros “Just like in any other market in Lebanon today, people are looking forward for the new and advancing processes and services.”
