The ExecuJet Aviation Group had a successful week supporting business aviation traffic flying in for the recent World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The company exceeded expectations and handled over 300 aircraft movements during the three day-event and sold over 450,000 litres of fuel, even more than last year's record. On the peak Saturday, 140,000 litres were sold. Once again, ExecuJet had secured exclusive parking at Dübendorf Airport (LSMD) the military-owned airport conveniently located just 5nm north of Zurich.
The Zurich FBO handled various aircraft types up to wide-body aircraft including a Boeing 757. Flight crews were the first to experience the enhancements recently made to ExecuJet's award-winning Zurich FBO Pilot lounge, including new wooden flooring, new furniture, including loungers, refreshment centre, new computers and Plasma TV. ExecuJet hosted many VIP delegations during WEF week arriving from as many as 75 countries, including overseas Ministers and Presidents.
This month, the leading business aviation publication, European Business Air News voted ExecuJet's Zurich FBO the second best in Europe and Middle East following a polled survey with flight crew readers.
