Ultimate High Academy (UHA) and Kura Human Factors (KHF) are proud to announce crew resource management trainer (CRMT) programmes, which are to be delivered at Goodwood Aerodrome starting in early 2020. The course is designed for the aircrew, engineering, ATC and cabin crew communities where effective CRM is critical for safe and efficient operations.
Written, designed and delivered by military and civilian professionals with decades of CRM training experience between them, this course will not only meet all CAA, EASA, FAA and ICAO regulatory and compliance requirements, but will set the standard for CRM training in the years to come.
Peter Whitten, MD at KHF, said “Our courses will be delivered by people who have massive first-hand experience of implementing and utilising CRM in high pressure, high stress environments. Our training will be delivered by CRM trainers (CRMTs) who will pass on real-world experience of a pragmatic nature, illustrating how CRM is employed at a practical level.”
The learning is experiential, utilising both practical exercises, case studies, facilitation and the latest teaching utilised in premium carriers. Attendees will leave with the required knowledge and renewed confidence in their own ability to deliver training. This will be enhanced through improved facilitation techniques and exercises.
Mark Greenfield, CEO at UHA, commented “We're delighted to partner with the highly experienced team at KHF to provide anther genuinely market leading product alongside our existing upset prevention and recovery training programmes. Course attendees will leave not just with theoretical knowledge but armed with a tool kit of threat and error management techniques that can be applied to any safety critical industry.”
The course can be attended as a five day, Monday to Friday course, or in a modular format over three weekends. The course is compatible with the MOD Enhanced Learning Credit funding scheme.
Our first course is scheduled to be delivered in Q1 2020 and monthly thereafter.
