Duncan Aviation to offer free Wi-Fi 101 webinar

Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce a free connectivity webinar that will take place July 9 at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.

Given by Duncan Aviation regional avionics sales manager Michael Kussatz and Gogo Business Aviation regional sales manager Andy Fernandes, Wi-Fi 101 will discuss Gogo systems and answer operator questions about inflight connectivity. Hosted by Duncan Aviation along with expertise from Gogo Business Aviation, this free webinar will share the basics about inflight connectivity including the different network options, hardware solutions and installation requirements.

The webinar will cover topics including:

- What the Avance platform is, and what it can do for you

- How to identify what solution is right for operators and their aircraft

- A breakdown of Avance L5 and Avance L3

- What to ask during the purchase and install process

An open Q&A will give subscribers the chance to get answers to any other questions they might have.

Duncan Aviation regional avionics sales manager Michael Kussatz has more than 26 years of experience working in the industry. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Aviation Technology from Central Missouri State University, he worked at Duncan Aviation in sales and then as a project manager. Kussatz also received an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University before furthering his career with Garmin International. Michael rejoined Duncan Aviation in the spring of 2019 as the regional avionics sales manager.

Gogo Business Aviation regional sales manager Andy Fernandes began his aviation career working on big iron in Mumbai, India. He received an Airframe and Powerplant certificate from Lewis University in Chicago and a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Technology from Kansas State University. While working, he continued his education, earning a master's degree in Aviation Safety from Central Missouri State University. He has been with Gogo Business Aviation for four years as the regional sales manager, central US.
