Avidyne Corporation, a leading provider of integrated flight decks, displays, and safety systems for general aviation aircraft, announced they have received Technical Standard Order (TSO) approval for their recently-introduced EX600 Multi-Function Display (MFD).
"I am really excited about getting the new EX600 installed in my aircraft," said Avidyne customer, Michael Alper. "After looking at all of the available MFD options, I specifically chose the EX600 because I really liked its ease of use, plus I found the QuickPan feature to be an incredibly useful safety feature."
"The EX600 represents the latest in MFD capability for general aviation airplanes and helicopters, and builds on Avidyne's innovation and leadership in the radar-replacement MFD category," said Patrick Herguth, Avidyne's Chief Operating Officer. "This TSO approval allows us to begin shipments of the EX600, which means aircraft owners can now add or upgrade to the most feature-rich and easiest-to-use MFD available."
