Sixt, Europe's largest mobility service provider, will be represented at EBACE (European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition) in Geneva, the meeting place for the European aviation industry, from 23 to 25 May, to present the new Sixt App including the products Sixt rent, Sixt share and Sixt ride.
The three products comprise all Sixt offers for individual mobility in the areas of car rental, car sharing and driving services. With the app, users receive highly flexible mobility from one minute to several months and reach their desired destination smoothly. This opens up innovative mobility services for ground transport for the aviation industry: whether pilots and crews need to reach their destination after landing and be mobile at a destination or passengers need to be chauffeured to the general aviation terminal (GAT) as comfortably as possible before leaving for the airport, Sixt offers the right solution for every need.

With Sixt rent, the Sixt App becomes a digital counter. Crews and pilots as well as passengers can select their desired vehicle at top airports up to 30 minutes before the start of the rental period, go to the car park without detour via a counter and open it there directly via the Sixt app. Sixt will extend this function to destinations in Europe and the US over the course of the year. In addition, Sixt plans to consistently expand its worldwide network of around 2,200 stations to include both classic and digital stations, on the parking areas of hotels or in multi-storey car parks, for example.
Sixt share offers a highly innovative car sharing service via app and thus goes beyond the limits of current offers: With Sixt share, users have the freedom to hand over their vehicle flexibly beyond classic car sharing business areas, in the future at all Sixt stations worldwide. In addition, they can freely decide how long they want to keep their vehicle: from a few minutes to up to 27 days, and always the car of their choice at the best Sixt price. Thanks to availability via the Sixt App, Sixt merges the boundaries between car rental and car sharing and thus enables limitless mobility.
Sixt ride combines a comprehensive range of taxi, driving and transfer services. Pilots or passengers who need a limousine or an executive car from the plane to the desired destination or from the hotel to the airport will find exactly the right offer. Sixt cooperates internationally with more than 1,500 partners and thus gains access to over one million drivers. Together with the partner offers, the Sixt App comprises one of the world's largest networks of taxi and ride hailing services. With Sixt ride, users can be picked up in less than 10 minutes in 250 major cities in Europe and the US and book transfers in advance in more than 60 countries and 500 cities.
