AmP announces Mexican Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil certifícate renewal

Arlington based aviation maintenance organisation, Aviation Maintenance Professionals (AmP) has announced the renewal of Mexico's Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) certificate through to March 2021, including full maintenance and repair services for Mexican registered aircraft.

Initially certified in March 2013, AmP will continue to provide full-suite airframe and engine maintenance and repair services to XA, XB, and XC Mexican registered aircraft including Gulfstream, Bombardier Learjet, Hawker and Dassault.

“We place high esteem on our existing and growing list of Mexican aircraft clientele,” states Jim Balzer, COO, AmP. “Our continued commitment to our Mexican clientele reaches back to 2013, when we were first DGAC certified. We were optimistic our quality, expertise and convenient access to Mexico operators would be successful. This renewal affirms our support and commitment, long term.”

AmP's DGAC certification includes both engine and airframe authorised services for the following aircraft and models:

- Gulfstream: GII, GIII, GIV & GV & G200

- Hawker Beechcraft: BAE-125-700, 800, 800XP, 900XP, King Air 200/B200

- Dassault: 20, 50, 50 EX, 900 A, B, C.

- Bombardier/Learjet: LR-45 all series, LR-60 all series and 601

- Rolls Royce: Spey 511-8, Tay 611-8, BR700-71DA1-10

- Honeywell: TFE 731-all series, 40-1C & 50

- Pratt & Whitney: PT6A-41, PW-305A, & PW-306A

- General Electric CF34-(1,2,3,A)
