Elliott Aviation, a leader in aviation MRO services, has hired Michael Kelker as director of project management organization at its MRO headquarters in Moline, IL. Michael will lead Elliott Aviation's Moline project management, planning and scheduling team and will take on a key role in strategy development for the company as a whole. His initial focus will be defining and standardizing the customer experience at the Moline facility.

Michael's aviation career started at Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT. After graduating from the leadership development program, Michael held production management and operational strategy roles. He later served as general manager for PAS Technologies' Kansas City, MO facility.
