October 20, 2009
To better support its worldwide customer base, Duncan Aviation is pleased to announce that it will soon be opening a new European sales and support office. The goal for this office will be to provide ongoing relationship and sales support for business aircraft operators based throughout Europe, the Middle East and India. The company also has many customers based in the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America who regularly travel to the European Union who will benefit from a Duncan Aviation office in Europe.
Tony Gilbert, Duncan Aviation's Vice President of International Business, will move to Europe in January 2010. His main objectives will be to locate the perfect site and staffing for a permanent European office, strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with other operators, service facilities and management companies.
"Our goal is to expose more European companies to the world class workmanship and customer service that Duncan Aviation can provide for their business aircraft and support," Gilbert says. "Locating and opening a permanent office in Europe will help strengthen these partnerships and allow Duncan Aviation to better support customers around the world."
This move is the first step of a focused effort to better educate operators within Europe and Asia about Duncan Aviation's comprehensive nose-to-tail aircraft service and parts support and to provide ongoing assistance to those operators in a location that is closer to their base facilities.
Duncan Aviation is excited about this new office and will release more details as they become available.
