BBA Aviation's Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO) organization, which includes Dallas Airmotive, Premier Turbines and H+S Aviation, has expanded the role of their marketing function to include strategic planning. The company's current Director of Marketing, Chris Pratt, has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning. Pratt will continue to direct the organization's overall marketing efforts as well as assist senior management in strategy and new business development.

"We've also come to rely on him for industry expertise and his ability to put together new business proposals and programs for the organization. Pratt joined the organization in September, 2003 as Director of Marketing. In that role, he directed the advertising, direct marketing, public relations, research and trade show activities of the company. Pratt is an industry veteran of business and general aviation and has worked in marketing functions for airframe OEMs, service companies and support organizations.
