Press Release
Issued by AviaIntel Bermuda.
September 16, 2009
Today AviaIntel's founder Raymond Stebler officially announced the formation of AviaIntel's Bermuda subsidiary which allows international operators to tap into the global pool of talent for their operations.
AviaIntel Bermuda Ltd is the reaction to a clear market demand by operators for a flexible solution to manage international crew members and employees. The Bermuda entity enables international operators to locate and hire personnel for their operations, regardless of the nationality of the candidates. "Our new Bermuda operation allows tremendous flexibility for international operators, particularly aircraft management companies", says Stebler, "We have seen great interest from European, Middle East and Asian operators. Our launch customer is successfully up and running since July of this year and we have proved that the concept works".
AviaIntel Bermuda provides a convenient setup for all operators to hire crew members for their airplanes registered abroad or in any other need of international crew. All crew members all fully employed by Aviaintel and leased to the operator fulltime or for any duration required. "This setup eliminates any tax and administrative issues of hiring international crew", says Stebler, "and has the additional benefit of costing less than hiring directly." The service can be customized to the company's needs by adding employee benefits, such as health insurance.
AviaIntel was founded in 2009 by Raymond Stebler, an experienced aviation and staffing professional. AviaIntel provides various consulting services in the areas of talent management, leadership development and offshore crew services. AviaIntel's headquarters are based in West Orange, NJ with offices in Hamilton, Bermuda.
