Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. announced that Universal Aviation(sm) LLC in Eastern Russia, based in Khabarovsk, is now fully operational. Universal Aviation(sm) in Eastern Russia is the newest member of Universal's award-winning worldwide ground support division, Universal Aviation(sm).
