Boutsen Aviation celebrates its first Gulfstream sale, a G150!

Thierry Boutsen declared: "As amazing as it can be, we sold 181 aircraft to-date and this brand new G150 is our very first Gulfstream. This sale constitutes a significant turning point for us!"

Since the signature of the acquisition mandate, back in February '09, the Monaco based company took care of the whole transaction process on behalf of its customer. "Our services encompassed: market search, contract negotiation, interior definition, pre-delivery inspection, supervision of test flights, delivery procedure, creation of an SPC and last but not least aircraft registration. We also appointed the right company to manage the aircraft".

The G150 was selected among a great range of aircraft, after a long and thorough market research. Our client requested an aircraft that could whisk 6 passengers some 2,500 nautical miles non-stop, offer a spacious cabin with at least two fully berthable seats, a reduced noise level and low acquisition costs. The G150 was the sole aircraft to combine all these features.

Thierry Boutsen added: "Working together with Volker Schiwietz's team at the Dallas based Gulfstream Completion Center was a great experience. The finishing of the cabin is, so far, the best I have seen in a production aircraft". Gulfstream's regional Vice President, Wolfgang Schneider, commented in turn: "Working with Boutsen Aviation was very enjoyable. They have the experience and the knowledge to manage such an acquisition and had every step prepared well in advance. They made my task very easy: great people, great results!"

Dominique Trinquet, Sales Manager at Boutsen Aviation stated: "This Gulfstream G150 is the 6th aircraft we have sold and delivered this year. Business has picked up recently and we have another 3 aircraft under deal pending. Our biggest project at present is the final outfitting of the two Airbus A319CJ. According to Jet Aviation, who is in charge of the cabin completion, they will be ready for delivery by the end of November."
