Aviation experts told reporters on Monday that the federal government must step up its leadership of, and investment in, developing the NextGen air traffic control system as a key component of the U.S. transportation infrastructure.
Air traffic delays cost some $40 billion annually, 'next generation' programs are essential to sustain future air traffic growth.
With these trends in mind, Accord Technology LLC, based in Idaho, US, has developed the worlds' first and only GPS WAAS Class Beta-1, -2, -3 GPS Receiver which meets US FAA TSO-C145c according to RTCA DO-229D requirements - known as NexNav.
In order to strengthen NexNav GPS Distribution Network, Accord Technology LLC has appointed Becker Flugfunkwerk GmbH as a worldwide, non-exclusive Sales and Service Representative for the NexNav Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) system.
The Accord Technology NexNavTM GNSS product line revolves around two key receivers, NexNav mini and NexNav MAX.
