DART Helicopter Services is pleased to announce that their subsidiary partner Geneva Aviation, a world class systems integrator and manufacturer of specialized equipment for the law enforcement, broadcast and private helicopter markets, has made their first three console sales to customers within Europe. Geneva received EASA approval earlier this year for their Avionics & Switch Consoles including the P122. FAA, Transport Canada and Brazilian approvals have been previously received.
The P122 Improved Switch Console is the same shape and size as the factory original console; however, in place of the low reliability push buttons, all Geneva consoles utilize rugged MIL-STD toggle switches for reliable service. The P122 console can be delivered in a standard configuration or customized to your mission specifics as a finished, ready to install product. Cannon plug connections make installation and implementation of changes quick and easy. This console is very maintenance friendly with easy access to all circuit breakers and switches provided by hinged panels. Say goodbye to intermittent push button switches and fuses. Enough room is provided for 24 toggle switches and 62 circuit breakers. Easily modified switch legends are LED backlit and may be changed quickly as your configuration changes over the years of reliable service you will enjoy with this product. NVG (Night Vision Goggle) Compatibility is also available as an option. With its internal dimmer power supply and control, the pilot can independently dim the console to any desired level for maximum crew comfort during night operations.
Geneva also offers the P148 and P149 Improved Switch Consoles, which are compatible with newer AS350B2 & B3 helicopters with a direct battery bus and instrument panel mounted Emergency Cut-Off switch. Like the P122 console, these new consoles are built on the same framework and provide easy access to all circuit breakers and switches.
