PhilJets has started its second quarter of 2018 participating in aviation summits in the Southeast Asian region. Thierry Tea, chairman and CEO of the PhilJets Group, took part in the recent Aeromart Summit Clark Philippines, held from 4th-6th June, by being one of the plenary conference speakers. The talk focused on expanding opportunities in the MRO sector.

Representing PhilJets, Tea also attended the eighth Corporate Jet Investor Asia from 13th-14th June in Singapore. The conference mainly focused on business jets in the Asian market.

PhilJets continues to grow its network both internationally and in the Philippines. As part of its local expansion, PhilJets has partnered with Infinity Resort and Spa. This boutique resort in Oriental Mindoro has just become one of the newest direct destinations due to its private helipad, which is offered exclusively to the resort's guests. The partnership also includes discounted accommodation rates offered to passengers of PhilJets staying at the resort.

PhilJets has also assisted a client in selling an aircraft. PhilJets head of sales and marketing Geoffroy Cahen supported a local client in finding a buyer for his pre-owned AS 350 BA.This single-engine aircraft from Airbus Helicopters is set to be delivered to its new base in France soon.

For the duration of the Q2 2018, PhilJets aims to gain more partnerships and grow its fleet toward the latter half of the year.
