RocketRoute is delighted to welcome a new fuel supplier, Jetex, to its MarketPlace platform. The presence of Jetex gives MarketPlace users more than 1,600 new fuel locations worldwide. Jetex Flight Support, which also offers international trip support services and a customized FBO experience at various locations around the globe, joins RocketRoute's growing network of fuel providers.

“We’re excited to join the MarketPlace platform. It’s a convenient way for pilots and operators to get fuel, permits and anything else they need at any airport in our vast network,” said Sufiyan Asif, deputy manager of Jetex Fuel Service. “What a great way to make trip planning easier.”

The MarketPlace platform connects pilots and aircraft operators directly with the service providers they need. Users may start ordering through the platform without any subscription and they are not charged any commission fees.

Last year Jetex Flight Support joined MarketPlace as a premium ground handling partner allowing MarketPlace users to easily order Jetex ground handling at 157 locations, including 32 branded locations and 125 airports where Jetex coordinates ground handling through its network of supervisory agents. Moreover, Jetex Flight Support is extending its services by adding worldwide permits to the MarketPlace platform.

“We are delighted to be further developing our cooperation with Jetex Flight Support by welcoming Jetex’s fuel and permit service offerings onto our platform,” said MarketPlace vice president Steve Woods. “We have been listening to our users and their feedback is clear; they need an extensive global network of service providers and ample choice on a location by location basis, working with partners such as Jetex allow us to meet our customers’ needs,” he added.

MarketPlace was launched by leading aviation services company RocketRoute, with support from Air BP, last May. This February, newly-formed investment vehicle Alyssum Group acquired RocketRoute as part of its long-term strategy to transform the entire business and private aviation industry. In time, Alyssum Group, owner of jet charter provider Victor, intends to integrate MarketPlace into a connected digital ecosystem that will service all within private and business aviation; this includes customers, charter brokers, operators and suppliers.
