ABS Jets appoints Miroslav Potocek as base maintenance manager

Miroslav Potocek has recently joined ABS Jets in the position of base maintenance manager where he will be responsible for managing all the activities of the Prague maintenance base as well as the support shops. In his role he will lead the technical teams and will support the customers visiting ABS Jets' technical services.

Mr. Potocek has gained more than 15 years of working experience in multiple aerospace knowledge domains including both the military and civil sectors.

His international career started in the government wing of the Czech Air Force where he supported technical maintenance and flight operations as a senior avionics engineer and reached the rank of air force captain.

He has spent the last four years working in the United States for Honeywell International Inc. as a member of the aerospace electronic systems engineering and applications global organization where he contributed to key business applications and programs based on EPIC, APEX and AeroVue platforms. Among others he supported development and integration of the next generation Enhanced Avionics System EASy III integrated cockpit for Dassault Falcon aircraft and served as onsite Honeywell representative at Dassault Aviation in France.
