Press Release
Issued by Boutsen Aviation.
March 20, 2018
Boutsen Aviation will be leaving the sunshine in Monaco this week and heading towards sub-zero temperatures in Vevey Switzerland for the thirrd edition of the Winter Aviation Summit (WAS) from March 22 – 23. This will mark the third year of the company’s presence on the panel of this event, and the first year acting as one of the three main sponsor partners along with Jetcraft and Aelia Insurance.
WAS is a gathering of aviation professionals covering all aspects of the industry, from bankers and lawyers, manufacturers, fiscal experts, pilots, brokers, owners and more. The theme this year will focus on technology, and its growing influence and impact across all sectors of business aviation. Hosted at the Hotel des Trois Couronnes, the event is expected to be even larger than ever this year, with an estimated 100+ participants attending.
A wide range of topics will be discussed, including “the State of the World”, “Innovations in Aeronautics”, “Redefining Aircraft Brokerage”, and “Aircraft Financing”. A selection of special guest speakers is also lined up in addition to these themed discussion panels.
Boutsen Aviation president Dominique Trinquet and executive vice president Mathieu Pezin will be representing the company and speaking as panelists to share their expertise in the industry from the broker’s perspective.
"We are delighted to be a larger part of this growing event" says Mr. Trinquet, "as Switzerland is central hub for European business aviation, it is a perfect location for the industry to gather together and benefit from the knowledge and experience of the various sectors."
