Funds advised by DPE Deutsche Private Equity Management III GmbH (DPE) have agreed to acquire a majority interest in the Air Alliance Group. Founder and CEO Wolfgang Krombach retains a significant shareholding and will continue to lead the Company.

Headquartered at Siegerland Airport, Air Alliance has developed into a leading provider of integrated aviation services over a period of 25 years. The company is official sales representative and service center for renowned aircraft OEMs Pilatus, Diamond and Gulfstream, while also offering maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a wide range of private and business jets. Moreover, Air Alliance is a leading European provider of air ambulance flights and was recently awarded “Air Ambulance Provider of the Year 2017”. The company has more than 130 employees across its locations at the Siegerland, Cologne, Vienna and Birmingham airports.
