Castle & Cooke Aviation transitions to advanced X-1FBO system for smoother transactions and operations

Castle & Cooke Aviation has transitioned all three of its operations in Van Nuys, California (KVNY); Honolulu, Hawaii (PHNL); and Everett, Washington (KPAE) to the X-1FBO management and payment processing system to provide smoother operations and transactions.

X-1FBO is an advanced, cloud-based management and payment processing system that will enable Castle & Cooke Aviation to streamline its staff's and customers' experiences. Developed by GMSTEK, LLC specifically for FBOs, the system is designed to mimic and automate real-world operational work-flow.

"Our passion is serving aviation customers with unparalleled, personalized care," said Tony Marlow, Castle & Cooke Aviation's vice president of aviation operations and business development. "This new system supports our endeavor to deliver the quality services for which the Castle & Cooke name is known. With one comprehensive system we're now able to view the status of customer requests, fuel tickets, invoices and more; the system delivers the personalization our FBOs require to do their jobs better than anyone in the industry."

According to George Reyes, GMSTEK founder and CEO, "With X-1FBO, real time information sharing means real time decision making capabilities, so Castle & Cooke Aviation's staff can better care for every guest who walks into one of its elegant facilities for a more efficient experience."

"It's simply another tool for the Castle & Cooke Aviation team," said Marlow. "We already have a reputation for efficient, quality services; this tool simply makes our staff members' jobs a little easier and frees up precious resources, like time, that can be allocated back to the customer."
