SkyTrac Systems is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the Aerial Firefighting USA Conference in Anaheim, California on February 19-20, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Aerial Firefighting USA Conference is the first dedicated event on the American continent to address both the fixed and rotary winged elements of aerial firefighting at a global level. SkyTrac Systems representatives Judy Meier, Sr. Manager of North America Sales and Malachi Nordine, Director of Systems and Innovation, will be demonstrating SkyTrac's complete SatCom solutions including hardware and software products at booth #19.
Aircraft and aircrew are tested to the limits during aerial firefighting missions. Flight crew and ground operators must have a means of reliable communication to convey time sensitive information. SkyTrac provides reliable, high quality, satellite based voice/text communication. Flight following also improves the efficiency of aerial firefighting missions, as ground crew can monitor the entire fleet of aircraft working in an area and deploy aircraft accordingly.
"SkyTrac has its finger on the pulse of the Aerial Firefighting industry. We are excited to attend the Aerial Firefighting USA Conference to share our leading edge solutions with US operators" noted Kathleen Wallace, President and CEO of SkyTrac Systems.
