Deer Jet has been bestowed for the fourth consecutive year with the “China and Asia's Leading Private Jet Charter” award at the 24th edition of the prestigious World Travel Awards.
After a yearlong search for exemplary excellence in the tourism and travel industry, the World Travel Award's jury and voters have selected Deer Jet as the best private jet company in the region. During the glamorous WTA Asia and Australasia Ceremony held at the luxurious Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai Deer Jet received the award from the hands of representatives of the Shanghai Tourism Authority in front of audience of more than 250 tourism leaders.
WTA vice president Chris Frost said: “It is an honour to give this award to Deer Jet, a company which excellence in service has inspired the entire region's industry for decades. Four years ago we saw in Deer Jet the elements of best-in-class service and innovative business models, and today we give the awards to Deer Jet for the fourth time as it continues to raise the bar, creating the most sophisticated and remarkable experiences for premium business travellers”.
Other nominees for the category of 2017 China and Asia's Leading Private Jet Charter included ASA Air Charter, Asia Aviation Company, Asia Jet, ExecuJet, Executive Jet, NetJets and Sino Jet.

In September 2016 Deer Jet took over the operation of the World's first 787 Dream Jet and selected highly experienced pilots and stewards from five-star airlines to form the 'Dream Team,' training them in seven-star hospitality service standards to ensure the best-in-class travel experiences on board its fine fleet of business jets.
Deer Jet has also launched innovative bespoke travel packages aboard the 787 Dream Jet taking off from Hong Kong to Tahiti, Paris and Rome. The 'Dream Journeys' feature charter packages including complimentary accommodation at the Presidential Suites of the luxurious St. Regis and Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts.
Following the global success of the 787 Dream Jet, Deer Jet has announced the world's second 787 BBJ VVIP, which is expected to be delivered to Deer Jet during the first half of 2018. The company also plans to add more itineraries to its 'Dream Journeys' as part of its goal to create seamless travel to fulfill its vision of 'Making Travel an Art' through best-in-class service inspired by its values: elegance, performance and distinction.
