Flight and destination management company, Travion Ltd with HQ at London Oxford Airport opens for business

By capitalising on many years of experience in the aviation industry, the founders of Travion aim to usher in a new era of simplicity and customer service. With worldwide coverage and a focus on the African and Middle Eastern destinations, Travion intends to break the status quo.

With customer relations as a key element of their approach to business the founders; Ms Karla Deir, managing director and Ms Andrea Jilkova, director business development believe that communication and personal service are the foundation of a healthy business relationship.

Ms Deir said “From my experience as an operator, I have learned what it takes for a flight support company to become an essential resource. We are creating Travion to capitalise on the combined experience of our team and deliver first class customer service and the most responsive flight and destination management services. It's all about relationships.”

Ms Jilkova added “I have seen the frustrations of operators first hand over the past three years and am determined to build a company that works in partnership with our clients. We want to be seen as a trusted extension of their operation.”

Simultaneously with the commencement of operations the company is announcing the appointment of Lukas Kadlcik as head of operations. Lukas has over twelve years' experience in flight operations having spent five years with Czech Airlines as head of charter operations and the last seven years with EuroJet Intercontinental as their operations control centre manager.

On joining the company, Mr Kadlcik said “I believe Travion's new approach offers the opportunity to make a significant change in the way the flight support industry works. I am excited to be joining a team with such forward thinking. This gives me an opportunity to develop my own ideas to enhance the customer's experience.”
