Capable of carrying up to 40 EU pallets in the 85 cbm interior Nord-Flyg expects their first aircraft to enter into service in January 2009. The ex SAS aircraft will have the cargo conversion installed and interior modified into E-class by Cascade Aerospace in Vancouver Canada. A LOI has been signed for the acquisition of more aircraft.
The popular Bombardier Dash 8 aircraft is in quantity production in Toronto and is recognised by the world's leading airlines as the one of the most efficient and most advanced Turbo Prop Aircraft available.

- Community noise levels well below FAR36 and ICAO Annex16 Chapter 4.
- Reduced noise exposure for ramp personnel
- Reduced engine emissions, 40% below Part 34 requirements for Smoke Number.
- Reduced engine emissions, 40% below ICAO Annex16 requirements for gaseous emission.
Nord-Flyg is convinced that this New Generation Turbo Prop will be welcomed by the industry with its ability to perform at Jet-speeds on regional routs in the segment of 9.500 kg.
The Q400PF is the only Aircraft which is available now to modernise the present Turbo Prop cargo fleets in Europe (average age well over 20 years) and at the same time meet the future environmental demands from the officials and the inhabitants around the airfields in Europe.
