Bohlke International Airways and Shoreline Aviation partner to bring charter service to St. Barth's

Bohlke International Airways and Shoreline Aviation have partnered to bring seamless air charter service to St. Barth's. By utilizing Bohlke's private charter service, or by serving other private aircraft, customers can fly into St. Croix's Henry E. Rohlsen Airport with pre-clearance customs, where they are then able to board one of Shoreline's seaplanes to fly directly to St. Barth's. As a previously difficult destination to reach via charter service, this partnership will make the trip to St. Barths smooth and enjoyable for passengers.

Bohlke was recently awarded 'Number 1 FBO in the Caribbean' for 2015, which marks the third time this honor has been given to them in the last five years. With more than 60,000 square feet in hangar space, low fuel prices, and full-service maintenance, Bohlke is a preferred private aircraft destination in the Caribbean. In addition, St. Croix's Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (TISX) boasts one of the longest runways in the Caribbean, at 10,000 ft.

Sam Black, general manager of Bohlke International Airways expressed, “This partnership will allow us to increase our already exceptional customer service and bring more traffic to the US Virgin Islands and St. Croix. We are always looking for new strategies to expand our economy, and make private air travel more convenient in the Caribbean region. Our partnership with Shoreline expands on our promise to serve as a gateway to the Caribbean and beyond. Customers will now have an option to arrive to a domestic airport from the mainland USA and arrive in St. Barth's in less than an hour. We think this is a very unique opportunity for the private aircraft consumer.”

Bohlke and Shoreline have partnered together for the past four seasons to fly customers through St. Croix and on to North Sound, BVI. Richard O'Such, manager for Shoreline, added, “We know from experience that our companies work well together, and are excited to bring a new opportunity to our customers. St. Barth's is a destination that can be tricky to reach - this partnership will help to make travel to St. Barth's seamless and easy.”

Direct charter service from St. Croix to St. Barth's is currently available.
