Heli-One, a leading global provider of helicopter maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, has been named to the Pratt & Whitney Canada service centre network of field maintenance support providers of mobile repair teams (MRT). Heli-One joins a select group of highly experienced and specially trained and equipped service providers capable of being deployed by Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) to perform engine maintenance services. Heli-One has extensive experience in supporting Pratt & Whitney engines, specifically for variants within the PT6T and PT6C-67 models, for which it also offers accessory repair and overhaul services.

MRTs stand ready to be deployed around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide exceptional repair services to P&WC engine operators. By utilizing on-wing repairs, MRTs are able to minimize downtime and disruption without sacrificing high-quality repair work. MRTs, such as Heli-One, are capable of providing an extensive scope of repair services, including:

- Emergency troubleshooting

- Engine condition survey

- Hot section inspection

- Power section repair

- Engine removal and installation

- Accessory changes

- Boroscope inspections

- Engine rigging assistance

- C-box repairs and replacements

- Clutch inspections

Heli-One's engine accessory shop has repair and overhaul capability for a selection of PT6T and PT6C-67 accessories, including fuel nozzles and oil filters. The accessory repair offerings are separate from MRT services.
