On 14th June 2016, Southern Vietnam Helicopter Company (VNH South) honourably received an excellence award from Murphy Oil for its complete safety operation in support of Murphy Oil’s drilling campaign at Block 11-2/11 that took place from April 5th to May 10th 2016.

This is the first time ever that VNH South provided helicopter service for Murphy Oil’s drilling campaign in Vietnam. Mr. Mark Jones, Murphy Oil vice president in Vietnam expressed great appreciation for VNH South’s dedication and efforts.

Capt. Nguyen Van Tuong, operations director, on behalf of VNH South’s board of directors expressed special thanks to Murphy Oil for trusting and using VNH South's services, and also committed the company to continuously providing high quality and safe helicopter services for Murphy Oil in coming drilling campaigns in Vietnam.
