The majority of movements included long range and large cabin size business jets. To support with the expected surge in demand during Art Basel, ASB brought in additional team members from its joint venture FBO Cat Air Service in Zürich.
“Art Basel is an extremely important event and one of the busiest time of the year for our Basel FBO,” says Claudio Lasagni, ASB's CEO. “This year, we handled a record number of flights for visiting guests from all over the world, and I am delighted that our team successfully met that demand, while still offering the highest standard of safety and service that our clients expect.”
He adds that “as every year, the outstanding co-operation and teamwork of the various partners and authorities at the EuroAirport Basel with Air Service Basel's FBO team was a major contributing factor to the tremendous success.”
