Heli Aviation, based in Augsburg,, Germany, is set to join Babcock Mission Critical Services (MCS) subject to a conditional agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Heli Aviation from the Ohnhäuser Group. MCS is part of Babcock international Group plc., headquartered in London.

The agreement would see Heli Aviation take its place alongside existing MCS companies which deliver medical emergency, search and rescue, firefighting and energy support services across eleven countries worldwide with a fleet of over 400 aircraft.

The transaction provides an opportunity for Heli Aviation, a leading provider of humanitarian relief, training solutions and off-shore medevac to continue to grow as part of one of the world's leading providers of aviation mission critical services.

Heli Aviation will remain focused on the delivery of critical services to its broad base of existing customers.
