As of June 2015, The Aero Experts Group has acquired the manufacturing facility of Jet Star Industries in Sao Jose Dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil. Jet Star was created in 2005 and has been an important player in Brazil in the manufacture of aircraft interiors, supporting clients such as Embraer, Nordam, Dassault and Helibras.

Through this strategic acquisition, The Aero Experts Group is able to offer clients design, certification and manufacturing of aircraft interior components. The new entity has been renamed Aero Experts Brasil.
