France Air Expo announces French exclusives

France Air Expo, the one and only general aviation exhibition in France, is being held from June 4 to 6 at Lyon-Bron Airport. Exhibitors at the show include Tecnam, Cessna, Beechcraft and Diamond Aircraft. Quest Aircraft Company will be present for the first time at this event amongst two hundred other exhibitors presenting their products and services.

First presentations in France

For the first time in France, Tecnam France will showcase its new single-engine four-seater aircraft, the Tecnam P2010. Powered by a multi-fuel Lycoming engine, it represents the future of this sector offering comfort and safety.

Another exclusive from Tecnam: the Tecnam 2002 JF Aeromobility, a two-seat aircraft with hand controls. This makes the P2002 JF Aeromobility the first worldwide factory-built VLA certified aircraft equipped with hand controls. Other aircraft of the line will be exhibited.

Textron Aviation will present several aircraft in exclusivity:

- The Cessna TTX will make its first public appearance on French territory, as well as the diesel version of the Cessna 172 equipped with a Continental CD-155 engine.

- The Beechcraft King Air C90GTx which can operate on short and unpaved runways thanks to its new Hartzel blades and its enhanced aerodynamic profile. The Beechcraft G58 will also be presented.

Visitors will get a chance to preview the DA 62 of Diamond Aircraft for the first time in France. In less than a month, the manufacturer received the firm order of some fifteen of this low-wing twin-engine aircraft when customer trials are only possible since the beginning of May.

Among the first presentations in France, we can also mention:

- The CarbonCub: manufactured by the American company Cubcrafters, the new-generation cub is now available in France.

- The “Lightning” autogyro presented by FlyULM.

Two hundred exhibitors and their news

For this ninthth edition and for the first time, the Quest Aircraft Company through its German distributor Rheinland Air Service will present the Kodiak.

Piper France will bring a great novelty: the M600 featuring G3000 avionics and a PT6A-42A 600shp engine to significantly enhance payload and flying range.

AutoGyro/Fly Aero is the world's first autogyro manufacturer. The company will present its new autogyro not yet distributed in France: the MTOFREE, a concentrate of technology. The MTOFREE is the lightest and simplest two-seat autogyro.

UAVs will also be present at the exhibition for the first time with Dronesys for example. The company will exhibit a tethered drone with various hours of autonomy and a quadricopter of less than 2 kg that can carry a 700-gram payload.

Fly Lola, a travel agency specialised in air travelling organisation, will present its latest novelties.

The manifold exhibitors represent the different sectors of general aviation. flying schools, French Air Force, French Navy, shops, aeronautical component manufacturers… They all have novelties to show. See you from June 4 to 6 at Lyon-Bron Airport.
