HAECO Private Jet Solutions obtains three supplemental type certificates

HAECO Private Jet Solutions has announced that it successfully obtained three supplemental type certificates (STCs) for cabin modification on a Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) in late March. The STCs were for installation of EMTEQ's eConnect System, an upgrade of the cabin's Honeywell satcom system and integration of these two systems.
The installation of the eConnect system and the upgrade to satcom SwiftBroadband connectivity enables passengers to enjoy faster and more reliable global connectivity with improved Internet speeds.
"We are proud to have completed the cabin modification and successfully obtained STCs from the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and HKCAD (Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department) for our satcom and eConnect systems upgrades. Users will experience significant speed improvements as the system is upgraded to SwiftBroadband. HAECO Private Jet Solutions is now able to provide on-board communication solutions to customers quickly and cost effectively," said Henry Chan, HAECO Private Jet Solutions' vp commercial.
