VIP charter operator, GainJet Aviation S.A, certificate GR-024, plans to offer a new and innovative digital experience to its customers and prospective clients this summer, while also further expanding its fleet.
In order to better serve its clients, GainJet has appointed the boutique marketing agency Branding pass to upgrade and redesign its website. Following the latest in digital marketing trends, the new site will be built with intelligent features at its core and offer an improved user experience. With advanced social media integration, improved navigation, and optimized for both desktop and mobile, the new website will allow GainJet the potential to increase bookings and expand its client base. The new design will also showcase the GainJet brand by employing fresh visuals, beautiful imagery, and updated content.
Because of increased competition in business aviation space, Gainjet is making it a priority to further develop its digital presence.
Captain Ramsey Shaban, GainJet's president, states, "our goal is to improve our customers' experience with GainJet from initial contact through to after the flight. We've focused heavily on improvements to our operation, aircraft, and customer service during the flight phase and we've reached a level in which we are happy with. Improvements of course will always be made in this field, but we now are adding focus to other parts of the customers'experience; an important one being the way we interact with our customers. In this day and age, our website is a key feature to communicating with our customers and we're glad to be working with Branding Pass on this.”
Philippe Rouin, Branding pass' founder adds, "Gainjet has been very pro-active on deadlines with a clear picture on creativity. It's a complex build, so good communication with short discussions, followed by quick decisions has been essential and has kept the project on track."
The team will launch the revamped responsive design website on the WordPress platform, at the end of June 2015.
