Asian Sky Group (“ASG”) is pleased to announce the following new salesresponsibilities in its Hong Kong head office:

• Mr. Luke Fehon now assumes the position of vice president sales, Japan, Taiwan and south east Asia. Luke will be responsible for managing ASG'scommercial opportunities in these markets as well as supervising the salespersonnel in these regions (see below).

• Ms. Jane Wang now assumes the position of vice president sales, China, Hong Kong and Macao. Jane will be responsible for managing ASG's commercial opportunities in these markets as well as supervising the sales personnel in these regions: Ms. Carrie Yu, ASG's sales manager based in Shanghai and Ms. Lijin Zhang, ASG's sales manager based in Beijing. Jane will also be responsible for liasing with the China based sales team of ASG's Chinese shareholder Avion Pacific Ltd.

• Mr. Nadav Kessler now assumes the additional position of rotary sales Asia Pacific. Nadav will be responsible for managing all of ASG's rotary opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. Nadav will also continue to be responsible for ASG's business development initiatives.

ASG is also pleased to announce the appoinent of Mr. Jonathan Taryoto as a sales director based in Bangkok and covering the Thai and Indonesian markets for ASG. Jonathan reports to Luke Fehon in ASG's Hong Kong head office.

Lastly, in response to increasing business opportunities, ASG will be expanding its footprint in the Asia Pacific region with the establishment of offices in Manila, the Philippines; Seoul, Korea; and Tokyo, Japan in the second half of 2015.
