Flight Consulting Group, a Latvian holding company specialising in providing services in business aviation, is announcing the launch of the ATOM (Air Traffic Order Management) system functionality for handling agents (FBOs). The system is aimed at boosting the efficiency of FBO work and customer service quality through the automation of the key processes and tight control of the execution of every single operation in servicing business jets and business passengers.
ATOM is unique software that integrates the functionality of ERP, CRM, flight management, reporting and business analytics.
ATOM encompasses the entire working process of a handling agent by allowing the registration of orders in a quick manner, prompt creation of service packages for each segment, setting of priorities, performance of automated distribution of the corresponding orders for the necessary services and monitoring of the completeness and quality of their execution, customisation of the pricing system, and storage of information and documentation by the customer and supplier as well as storage of the order history. The system also allows reports to be created automatically by the set parameters and for them to be e-mailed as Excels and PDFs in one click. A similar functionality is also available for the business aviation operators.
The automation of the majority of the routine processes allows boosting of the quality and the efficiency of the employee work, while a clearly defined chain of actions for each department and a messaging, reminder and hinting system provides tight control over the execution of the tasks and the meeting of deadlines.
ATOM boasts an intuitive and user-friendly multilingual interface that facilitates the training of new employees, while its online architecture (SaaS) and cloud computing technologies enable it to run on Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS and via a web browser. The system is available from any device, be it a computer, a tablet or a smartphone, and its interface will adapt automatically. Moreover, it can be integrated with any external or internal software, as well as for data exchange and import. ATOM also guarantees a high level of security in data processing and storage. To ensure efficient communication with customers, a dedicated portal has been set up, on which the customers can track the status of the works in real time.
ATOM has been developed by Flight Consulting Group in cooperation with experts in the field of efficient business IT solutions. ATOM was initially designed for the company's own needs and was based on Flight Consulting Group's more than 15 years' experience in the area of business aviation, as well as own technologies and the company's know-how. Currently, ATOM is abundantly used by companies forming a part of the Flight Consulting Group including the handling agent FBO RIGA and is being praised by the holding company's customers including airline companies, operators and business jet owners, which make full use of ATOM for the planning and control of flight support.
“ATOM is a unique and powerful system designed to boost work efficiency for all of the business aviation market players. We do not just offer a ready-made product, but actively use it in our work as well as constantly improve and expand its functionality based on the work results of our business units and customer feedback. Today we are glad to offer the handling agents a new functionality of ATOM and are confident that they will be able to duly appreciate all the capabilities and advantages of this product,” noted Roman Starkov and Leonid Gorodnitski, the owners of Flight Consulting Group.
Flight Consulting Group will present a version of ATOM for the FBOs during the EBACE exhibition that will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, from 19 to 21 May 2015.
