Asian Sky Group Ltd. and NEXUS Flight Operations Services L.L.C have signed a memorandum of understanding to work together and form a joint venture company to provide flight operations services in the Asia Pacific region. This will initially entail the JV company establishing a flight operations center to be based in Hong Kong. ASG will obtain the necessary approvals in connection with the JV company, provide infrastructure, human resources and manpower, while NEXUS will provide technical expertise, IT solutions, systems, quality control, its global network, international partnership, international certifications, relationships and resources.

The JV company will offer flight operations services and flight support services including, but not limited to flight planning services, flight dispatch services, aircraft and crew scheduling and planning, crew management services, security services, safety and quality assurance services, and aviation ground training services. ASG and NEXUS are currently finalize the business plan for the JV company which will be ready mid-April 2015.
