Since its inception, Private Flight has offered flight operations technology and processes to the private aviation industry centred on global procurement and logistical support of on-board services. The purchase of BizFlight, a company based in Zurich, further increases Private Flight's global foothold on the private aviation software market.
Private Flight will utilise the BizFlight platform to implement incremental customer-driven improvements alongside a more modern, seamless and innovative technology solution for both customers and partners. Moreover, Private Flight has plans to leverage their IT development infrastructure to help customers improve operational efficiency and create a more integrated workflow.

“The integration of both platforms will take place over the coming month. However, our first priority is the maintenance and resilience of the existing service to the existing BizFlight customers. To this end, we are pleased to advise that Raymond Bourquin, BizFlight's co-founder and head of development for the last ten years, will join Private Flight's team as a senior advisor," says Pryor.
