Astronics AeroSat FliteStream™ is a satellite broadband service designed for the business aviation and vvip markets. Utilizing AeroSat's patented lens/horn antenna technology, it is the aviation industry's first dedicated global broadband connectivity solution for business aviation. Satcom Direct will be available to discuss the technology at this year's Middle East Business Aviation conference, 8 – 10 December at booth 765.

“Satcom Direct now includes FliteStream service as part of its comprehensive communications solution to customers. It also allows business aviation and vvip customers to utilize Satcom Direct's value-added services and products such as Global One Number, GlobalVT and the Satcom Direct Router (SDR) via the FliteStream service,” said Scott Hamilton, Satcom Direct's chief strategy officer. 

A key benefit of FliteStream service is robust and predictable connectivity. The broadband solution is not shared with commercial airlines, thereby eliminating potential choke points. Customers can customize service for geographic regions and bandwidth requirements to tailor FliteStream connectivity services to meet their unique needs.
