Waypoint Leasing (Ireland) Limited, a leading global helicopter leasing company, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Bristow Group Inc., the leading provider of helicopter services to the worldwide offshore energy industry, for the sale and leaseback (SLB) of two Sikorsky 92 helicopters. Both S-92s operate offshore in crew change configuration out of Scatsta airport on the Shetland Islands in Scotland.
