Waypoint Leasing (Ireland) Limited, a leading global helicopter leasing company, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Avincis, a Babcock International Group company, to lease two AgustaWestland AW139s, one of the most successful medium aircraft ever introduced.

The aircraft will operate for Avincis' subsidiary INAER Aviation Italia, which performs a wide range of mission-critical services, including medical emergency, oil and gas support and firefighting services.
