AvFab receives Indian approval for installation of stretcher kit in King Air C90 series aircraft

Aviation Fabricators (AvFab) recently announced that it has received Indian STC approval on its stretcher kit for the C90 King Air series aircraft.

The stretcher kit provides an operator with the option of transporting an ill or injured patient, and is ideal for an operator who doesn't need critical care medical equipment, as well as being an economical alternative to complete medevac systems.

“We will continue to pursue certifications around the world in order to offer complete solutions for King Air operators no matter where they are located,” said AvFab's GR Lowe.

The stretcher kit includes stretcher unit and cover, Ferno model 12-C portable aero (folding) litter, mattress, mattress cover, restraint system, installation instructions, and weight and balance data.
